CAN THE HAIR BE COLORED?
Yes, the hair is 100% raw hair and can be colored or bleached. Once our hair is processed, the hair will no longer be considered raw. Bleaching that is not done by a professional may result in negative reactions to the hair.
WHAT COLOR ARE THE BUNDLES?
It varies by hair choice, but most are natural dark brown.
WHAT SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER DO I USE?
We recommend using alcohol and sulfate free shampoo and conditioners for the best results. We use Tresemme to prewash hair prior to install.
HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
For a full install, you will need 3 bundles if using lengths shorter than 22 inches. For hair measuring 22 inches and up, it is recommended to use 4 bundles. When using a closure, between 3-4 bundles are recommended depending on how full you personally would want your install to be. When using a lace frontal, between 3-4 bundles are recommended depending on how full you personally would want your install to be.
HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST?
With proper care, our hair extensions will last 2-3 months or longer with proper care. Lace closures usually last between 2-3 months. Because of the unique and delicate craftsmanship, lace frontals have a shorter life span of 4-6 weeks or 1-2 uses, and typically need to be re-applied and strictly maintained in order to get the full wear. Laces will last longer wearing it clueless.

Orders over $100 will require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH unless you are paying through PayPal.
Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery.
Orders over $350 can only be processed through PayPal.What to expect when placing an order
1) You pay for your order
2) You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
3) The Processing period begins. Processing tie is 1-2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
4) After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created. If you chose store pick up, we will contact you to schedule pickup during business hours.
5) You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.
6) Your package is shipped off via FedEx Priority mail (2-3 business days US).
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages.

All Packages come with a Tracking number. FedEx updates their system every time they put their hands on your package.

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local FedEx.

Hair must be in its original state and packaging.

Must be returned with in the first 5 days of delivery.

Once we received the hair and the return meets our conditions, we will refund you for your purchase (does not include shipping).
